Paul installed a new boiler for us (moving it from the ground floor into the loft) a couple of years ago and fitted several radiators at the same time. His work was superb and he is also just a really nice person to have working in your house. He and Nicola are amazing communicators – so much so that he once whatsapped me video links of how to rectify a pressure problem late into an evening – and he recently arranged for a minor leak to be sorted for us just before Christmas within 24 hours of us contacting him. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone.
Amazing service
Paul and Nicola helped us to replace a very old (25+ years) boiler recently. From the first contact they were prompt and nothing was too much trouble. Paul came out to see our existing system and talk me through the options. I appreciated his advice working out what would best suit our house. What was particularly impressive though was how efficiently Paul dealt with some unexpected curveballs as we were moving the boiler location.

Following a quote from Paul recently I arranged to have my heating boiler replaced, two water tanks removed and a radiator fitted to my airing cupboard.Two nice lads, Shaun and Jay arrived on a bitterly cold morning and over the next two days completed the job to a good standard and I now have a safe working gas boiler. The flue had to go into a different place and the old hole was filled in nice and neatly.

We picked Amersham and Chiltern Heating for a combi boiler installation. Out of 10+ quotes we received, Paul was the best on professionalism , timeliness, price, transparency, and availability. Most importantly they delivered on all promises! The installation process was on time, quick, efficient, and tidy. The new boiler and magnetic filter were fitted perfectly into place with no compromise on the look and aesthetics of the cabinet/whole kitchen.

Boiler service
Good communications with Nicola arranging the appointment and accommodating when I needed to alter the time. Paul arrived on time, in fact early but phoned to check that was on. Quick, tidy and helpful. Explained issues we had with our boiler position. Will happily use again next year.

CENTRAL HEATING
New boiler and radiators,new plumbing , new gas feed and main water stop cock replaced in new location. Annual Boiler Service
Not only was the boiler serviced, our radiators were checked and bled where necessary. The efficiency of the boiler was checked and found to be in order. Our external gas meter was checked for accuracy with the gas access to the house. Very good plumber with his apprentice, both friendly, very informative, chatty. Totally professional in their work. I will have no issues in using this company again should I require any plumbing problems in the future.
Excellent
Paul was excellent – professional, on time, friendly and helpful. He replaced my old Valliant boiler with a Bosch including the HIVE unit reinstall. Whilst waiting for the replacement installation – my old boiler stopped working and he came out to help me to get it working again temporarily which solved a massive headache for me. Thank you Paul and will return as a customer.
